MOROZNAYA HILL is one the most popular ski centers with Kamchatka skiers. Located 7 km from the town Yelizovo, it is only 10 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes by bus from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.The ski center houses a cafe, medical center, radio center, and administrative offices.

Not far from MOROZNAYA HILL are the famous hot spring resorts of Paratunka. Here skiers often enjoy a relaxing soak in the warm mineral waters after a day a intensive skiing. Cottages are available for overnight stays.

MOROZNAYA HILL offers five runs which attract all levels of skiing ability. Two lifts serve the area, each able to transport 600 skiers per hour.

RUN"1"	2050 meters. Average slope 16.70%. Suitable for giant slalom and super-giant slalom.
RUN"2"	2000 meters. 700 meters - lover section.

RUN"4"	680 meters. Average slope 14.70%
RUN"5"	300 meters. Appropriate for children and beginners.

Throughout the winter and spring months skiers have three ski centers to choose form, all just a short ride from the hotels in the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky city area. These ski centers offer a range of challenges for the youngest beginner to the most advanced.

	In spring and summer skiers take to the breathtaking slopes of nearby Kozelsky and Avacha volcanoes. Under the warmth of the summer sun, edelweiss and rhododendron blooms on the hillsides while enough snow remains to enjoy runs of 1,5-2,5 km in length. The truly adventurous may experience some of the world's finest extreme hely-skiing on the slopes of Kluchevskoy and Viluchensky volcanoes, and many others.
